Ingredients

1/4 cup gin
2 Tablespoons simple syrup (boil equal amounts of sugar and water just until sugar dissolves; cool)
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
Club Soda
Rosemary Sprig

Directions

Combine gin, simple syrup and lemon juice in an ice filled cocktail shaker; shake until thoroughly chilled.
Pour over ice in a tall Collins glass and top with club soda.
Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
