Ruby Red Moscow Mule

  • 1 sprig Mint, fresh
  • 1 Ruby red grapefruit

  • 1/2 oz Lime juice, fresh

  • 3 oz Ginger beer

  • 2 oz Deep eddy ruby red vodka

Description

Ingredients

• 2 oz. Deep Eddy Ruby Red Vodka
• 1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
• 3 - 4 oz. Ginger Beer (I used Fevertree)
• ruby red grapefruit slices (optional)
• lime slices (optional)
• sprig of fresh mint (optional)

Directions

• Combine the vodka and lime juice in a mixing glass and stir to combine.
• Fill a mule mug or a rocks glass with ice. (I break mine up into 1 inch chunks)
• Pour the vodka mixture over the ice.
• Top with the ginger beer and give it a brief stir.
• Garnish with grapefruit, lime and mint if desired.
