Salami Cream Cheese Sandwich

  • 1/4 cup Green onion, fresh or frozen
  • 4 Lettuce, large leaves of green

Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese, cold or room temp
• ¼ cup finely chopped green onion (fresh or frozen)
• ¼ cup finely chopped dill (fresh or frozen)
• 1 garlic clove, pressed
• 8 slices of sandwich bread (we used sourdough)
• 8-10 oz genoa salami
• 4 large leaves of green lettuce

Directions

• In a small bowl, combine 8 oz cream cheese, ¼ cup green onions, ¼ cup dill, and press in 1 garlic clove. Mash herbs into the cream cheese.
• Spread about 1-2 Tbsp of the cream cheese mixture on one side of each bread slice.
• Top with lettuce and about 6-8 pieces of salami, or to taste.
