Sausage & Crescent Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

Meat
- 1 lb Pork sausage, Hot

Produce
- 2 cups Your favorite veggies

Refrigerated
- 6 Eggs

Baking & Spices
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Bread & Baked Goods
- 1 package Pillsbury crescent rolls

Dairy
- 2 cups Cheese

Description

Brandi Burgess, A.K.A. Aunt Bee has been married to the love of her life for 10 years. Ingredients

1 package Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 lb hot pork sausage
2 cups of your favorite veggies (I used red and green bell pepper and sliced mushrooms)
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups of cheese (We like sharp cheddar or colby-jack)

Directions

Brown sausage with the veggies and drain. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Roll out crescent rolls in the bottom of the pan and seal the edges to make 1 large sheet. Top with cooked sausage and veggies. Add salt and pepper to the beaten eggs and pour eggs over the top of the meat & veggies. Sprinkle cheese all over and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
