I love corn!!! This is a good old fashion way of preparing it... always a hit! This is another recipe handed down over the years.....

Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs (well beaten)
  • 2 can(s) (16 ounces each) whole kernel corn (drained)
  • 2 can(s) (16 ounces each) cream corn
  • 1 can(s) pet milk (condensed milk)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 c saltine cracker crumbs
  • 5 Tbsp butter

Directions

  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2Beat together the eggs, milk, spices together well. Stir in the two types of corn. Pour into a well buttered, large baking dish. 3In a skillet, melt the butter, stir in the cracker crumbs. Lightly brown. Sprinkle on top of the corn mixture. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
