Ingredients

• 1 (15.25 ounce) box spice cake mix, prepared
• 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 3 eggs
• 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
• 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
• 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Spray a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray.
• Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour into sprayed pan.
• Bake for 35 minutes or until set.
• In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese until fluffy.
• Beat in eggs, pumpkin, sweetened condensed milk and pumpkin pie spice.
• Pour mixture over the crust.
• Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees F.
• Bake for 50 minutes or until the center of the cheesecake is set and the edges are golden brown.
• Let cool completely and serve.
