Shrimp Scampi Tortellini Skillet

Ingredients

• 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
• 12 oz frozen SeaPak Shrimp Scampi
• 8 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
• 3 tablespoons fresh basil, torn
• 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

• Fill a large stockpot halfway with water, heat to boiling, and add frozen tortellini. Cook for 4 minutes or until tortellini are floating.
• Meanwhile, place frozen shrimp scampi in a deep skillet preheated on medium high. Add cherry tomatoes and basil. Saute, stirring occasionally, for 7-8 minutes. When tortellini is done, add it to the shrimp skillet, turning to coat pasta with sauce evenly. Serve immediately topped with shredded Parmesan cheese.
