This is my favorite meal replacement/protein shake. Its delish, only has 275 healthy calories, and is very filling! Perfect for a healthy dessert!

Ingredients

  • 1 rounded scoop- Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard (Chocolate).
  • 2 Tablespoons- PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (
  • 1 Banana
  • ¼ C. Skim Milk
  • ¼ C Cold Water
  • 2 Cups crushed Ice
  • Optional:(If you want it thinner you can add ½ C water).

Directions

  • Put it all in a blender and mix on a lower speed for 30 seconds. Then mix on high for 1 minute (or until completely blended well). Enjoy!
