These easy blender Peanut Butter Banana Pancakes are a great way to get some protein and fruit in your diet. Perfect breakfast recipe when eating healthy!

Directions

  • Place the eggs, bananas, oats, protein powder, and PB2 powder in a blender. Pulse until mixed together.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips gently.
  • Drop 1/4 cup batter on a hot, greased skillet. Cook 1-2 minutes per side. Serve with extra banana slices, honey, and extra chips, if desired. Makes 8-10 pancakes.
