  • 3 10-ounce bags Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers (I use Ghirardelli
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped dried figs
  • 2 cups assorted nuts
  • 3 10-ounce bags Dark Chocolate Melting Wafers (I use Ghirardelli

Directions

  • Add the chocolate wafers to a slow cooker or crock pot.
  • Cook on low for 1 hour and stir until smooth.
  • Add the golden raisins, raisins, figs and nuts. Stir to coat completely.
  • Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop small mounds of the chocolate mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment until all the chocolate has been used.
  • Transfer to the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour or until firm.
  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 14 days.
