Ingredients

• 2 lb grass-fed beef stew meat
• 64 ounces low-sodium beef broth
• 1½ lbs white sweet potatoes, chopped
• 3 carrots, chopped
• 3 celery stalks, chopped
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp pepper
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp oregano
• ½ tsp pepper
• ½ tsp cumin

Directions

• Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
• Stir to mix well.
• Cook HIGH 3-4 hours or LOW 6-8.
