Slow Cooker Potato Corn Chowder with Bacon

  • 1 can Creamed corn

  • 1 tsp Parsley, dried
  • 6 Russet potatoes
  • 1 can Sweet corn

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

• Dairy

  • 1 1/2 cup Milk

Ingredients

• 10 slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 can Sweet Corn, undrained or 10 oz Frozen Sweet Corn
• 1 can Creamed Corn
• 6 Russet Potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1 medium Onion, chopped
• 1½ cup Milk (we use soy or almond)
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• ½ teaspoon Pepper
• 1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
• Dried or Fresh Chives for Garnish (optional)

Directions

• Place all ingredients, except chives, in a slow cooker and stir to mix.
• Cover and cook on low 6-10 hours.
• Serve with chives on top if desired.
• Enjoy!
