Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Chili

  • 2 lb Pork shoulder, boneless roast

  • 1 tsp Chipotle chili, powder
  • 1 tsp Cilantro, dried
  • 2 Gloves garlic
  • 1 Jalapeno peppers
  • 1 Onion, small
  • 1 (15oz can Pinto beans
  • 2 (15oz cans Tomatoes

• Canned Goods

  • 8 oz Mexican beer or chicken broth

• Condiments

  • 1 (8oz can Tomato sauce

• Baking & Spices

  • 2 tsp Chili powder

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 1 tsp Cumin

Ingredients

• 2 pound boneless pork shoulder roast
• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 gloves garlic, minced
• 1 - 2 jalapeno peppers, diced (ribs and seeds removed)
• 1 (15oz) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
• 2 (15oz) cans diced tomatoes
• 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
• 2 teaspoons chili powder
• 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin
• 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
• 8 oz Mexican beer OR chicken broth

Directions

• Add all ingredients to slow cooker
• Cover and cook on low for 7-9 hours
• Remove pork roast and shred with forks
• Return to slow cooker and stir to combine
• Serve as desired with cheese and sour cream or just plain!
