Smack ya Mama Collard greens with smoke meat

• Meat

  • 2 Smoke meat like smoke turkey wings or ham hock

• Produce

  • 3 1/2 bunch Collard greens
  • 1 3/4 Onion

• Canned Goods

  • 2 can Chicken broth

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 dash Pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp Salt

• Other

  • 1 1/2 tsp Suger
  • 3 tbsp Vinger

Ingredients

• 3 1/2 bunch collard greens
• 1 3/4 each onion
• 3 tbsp vinger
• 1 1/2 tsp suger
• 2 can chicken broth
• 1 dash pepper flakes
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp salt to taste the smoked meat will release some salt so jus taste first
• 2 each smoke meat like smoke turkey wings or ham hock

Directions

• wash greens very well or buy them pre washed in bag
• chop to into 2 of 3 inchs
• boil smoked meat untill it starts to fall off the bone it may take 30 45 min
• dice onion and add
• add greens and all ingredients to large pot and let cook down stuff greens in pot it will reduce
• cook until greens turn dark green and very tender
• after cooking on high for about 45 min turn to low and let simmer for 20
