  • 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Ingredients

• ½ cup THM Baking Blend
• ½ cup THM Pristine Whey Protein Powder
• ⅓ cup THM Super Sweet Blend
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• ⅛ teaspoon salt
• ¼ cup cold unsalted butter (cubed)
• ¼ cup coconut oil (softened)
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 2 tablespoons THM Super Sweet Blend

Directions

• Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
• Mix baking blend, protein powder, sweet blend, baking powder and salt in a medium bowl. Cut butter and coconut oil into dry ingredients until crumbly.
• Dump mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment and bake for 20 minutes.
• sprinkle topping mix over hot cereal mixture as soon as you remove it from the oven. allow to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Use a fork to break mixture up slightly into crumbles and allow to cool fully. This mixture will crisp up as it cools.
• Store in an airtight container for 2-3 weeks if it lasts that long.
