Snowball Cookies

  • 4 tsp Vanilla

Ingredients

• 1½ cups butter
• ¾ cup powdered sugar
• 3 cups flour
• ½ tsp salt
• 2 cups ground walnuts
• 4 teaspoons vanilla
• additional ½ cup powdered sugar to roll warm cookies in.

Directions

• Beat butter with powdered sugar, add flour, salt, nuts and vanilla and mix until incorporated. Roll into balls. I use a tablespoon size scoop. bake at 325 for 15 minutes. When just cooled to the touch, roll them in the remaining ½ cup powdered sugar.
