Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1¾ cups flour
• ¾ cup Hersheys Special Dark cocoa
• 1½ tsp baking powder
• 1½ tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• ½ cup vegetable oil
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup boiling water

Directions

• Heat oven to 350 F.
• Line mini muffin tins with paper cups (48)
• Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
• Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium for 2 minutes.
• Stir in boiling water and pour into the cups. The batter will be very thin.
• Bake 12-15 minutes, test with a toothpick.
• Cool completely before frosting.
