  • 2 8 oz packages Cream cheese

Ingredients

• 2 8 oz packages of cream cheese - softened
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 package dry ranch mix
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella
• 1 small baby carrot
• Peppercorns
• RITZ Crackers

Directions

• In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese and ranch mix
• Divide the cheese mixture into two portions, leaving more cheese mixture in one portion than the other (to make the base of the snowman)
• Scoop each portion into the center of clear plastic wrap and twist the top closed
• Roll the ball around to form a nice round shape
• Refrigerate for at least an hour before removing plastic wrap
• Roll each ball around in mozzarella cheese to coat
• Place the smallest ball on top of the other and place the carrot and peppercorns
• Serve with RITZ Crackers
