    • 1 head Iceberg lettuce
    • 1 Red bell peppers
    • 1 Sweet onion, large
    • 1 Tomatos

    • 1 Your choice of dressing
  • Dairy

    • 1 Cheese

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 marinated and grilled flank steak, sliced against the grain
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1-2 red bell peppers sliced
  • 1 large sweet onion, sliced
  • Tomatos
  • Shredded cheese
  • Your choice of dressing, I used Hidden Valley Southwest Chipotle
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice or lemon juice
  • 1½ Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

Directions

  • Arrange all the yumminess above on a platter and serve with your choice of dressing!
  • Combine all ingredients in a ziplock bag and mix well.
  • Put Flank Steak in to marinate. Allow for at least an hour but can leave overnight.
