Spaghetti Squash Boats

  • 1 lb Sausage, ground

  • 1 Spaghetti squash

• Condiments

  • 2 cups Ragu sauce

• Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Description

Ingredients

• 1 spaghetti squash
• 2 cups Ragu Sauce
• 1 lb. ground sausage
• ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
• ½ cup grated mozzarella cheese

Directions

• Cut squash length wise, and de-seed
• Microwave Spaghetti squash in dish, with small amount of water in bottom for 5-7 minutes, until cooked.
• Scoop up insides up, but dont discard (thats your pseudo noodle).
• Cook ground sausage, mix with Ragu sauce
• Pour meat sauce over squash.
• Sprinkle with a mixture of parm cheese and mozzarella cheese
• Broil 3 minutes
• Serve
