Spicy Olive Cheese Puffs

  • 24 Stuffed mezzetta olives

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter, softened
• 1 cup flour
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• ¼ tsp. salt
• ½- 3/4 tsp. paprika
• 24 stuffed Mezzetta olives (jalapeno or garlic or a combination)

Directions

• Mix flour, salt and paprika together until combined. Mix with butter until crumbly, then add cheese. Use hands to fully incorporate mixture.
• Wrap dough around olives, using a rolling motion to smooth out. Freeze olives for one hour.
• Preheat oven to 375. Bake olives for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
