Spicy Tofu Stir Fry

• Produce

  • 1 tsp Cilantro or fresh cilantro, green leaves
  • 1 handful Green beans
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 Onion, medium
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili flakes

• Refrigerated

  • 1 tbsp Oil to cook tofu
  • 1 packet Tofu, firm

• Condiments

  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce

• Baking & Spices

  • 3 tbsp Brown sugar or regular sugar
  • 5/16 cup Cornstarch cornstarch
  • 2 tsp Peppercorn, black
  • 2 Salt

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil

• Other

  • 8-10 pieces of red chili peppers or use 1 medium red bell pepper
