- 1 1/2 cups Navy beans
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 1/2 cups Spinach, fresh

Refrigerated
- 1 Egg

Condiments
- 4 1/2 tsp Lemon juice

Pasta & Grains
- 1 1/4 cups Quinoa, dry

Baking & Spices
- 3/4 tsp Salt

Dairy
- 1 cup Feta cheese
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese

Beer, Wine & Liquor
- 1/4 cup White wine
