    • 1 tbsp Lime, zest

    • 3 tbsp Honey
    • 2/3 cup Soy sauce, low sodium
    • 1 tbsp Sriracha or chili sauce
  • Pasta & Grains

    • 12 oz Rice or udon noodles, cooked

    • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil

  • 2/3 c. low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. Sriracha or chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp. lime zest
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into 1” pieces
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. freshly grated ginger
  • 1/4 c. Sliced green onions
  • 12 oz. cooked rice or udon noodles
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Directions

  • Make sauce. In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sriracha and lime zest.Meanwhile, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper then add to hot skillet. Sauté until brown on all sides and mostly cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.Add broccoli and toss with chicken until the broccoli begins to turn bright green and tender. Stir in garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.Add the sauce and bring to simmer. Reduce the sauce slightly and simmer until the chicken is completely cooked through and the broccoli tender. Add noodles and toss until completely combined.Fold in green onions and cilantro. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
