Star Wars Hot Chocolate Recipe – May the Foam Be With You

  • 1 cup Chocolate chip morsels
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 3/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup White sugar

  • 1/2 cup Half-and-half cream
  • 3 1/2 cups Milk

• Liquids

  • 1/3 cup Water

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 cup chocolate chip morsels
• 1/3 cup boiling water
• 3 1/2 cups milk
• 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup half-and-half cream

Directions

• Mix sugar and cocoa in a saucepan. Mix in the boiling water. Stir while bringing to a boil. Add chocolate chips and continue to stir until melted. Continue simmering and stirring for 2 minutes. Add in 3 1/2 cups of milk and heat until very hot, but DO NOT BOIL! Remove pan from heat and stir in vanilla. Divide between 4 mugs. Add the cream to your mugs to cool cocoa to drinking temperature.
