Ingredients

• 1 Family Size Sara Lee All Butter or Lemon Pound Cake, sliced into small squares
• 2 quarts fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1 Family Size Cool Whip, thawed
• Zest of 2 lemons- added to the Cool Whip
• whole strawberries, more lemon zest & peel for garnish

Directions

• In a trifle bowl or taller glass bowl, start layering your ingredients.
• You can layer the ingredients and way you like.
• We prefer to layer, pound cake, strawberries, then Cool Whip, then repeat.
• Separate the layers by added a nice, neat row of sliced strawberries all going in the same direction.
• When adding the Cool Whip layer, use a spoon to push it down in between each strawberry for a prettier presentation.
• Garnish.
• Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
• Enjoy!
