Strawberry, Avocado, & Bacon Spinach Salad

  • 1 Avocados, large
  • 1/2 cup Cucumbers
  • 6 cups Spinach
  • 1 cup Strawberries

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 1/8 cup Almonds
  • 1/8 cup Pecans

• Dairy

  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese

• Other

  • 6 slices Bacon, cooked and cumbled
  • Dress to your choice

Ingredients

• 6 cups spinach
• 1 large avocados, sliced
• 6 slices bacon, cooked and cumbled
• 1 cup strawberries, sliced
• 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup sharp cheddar would work great as well)
• 1/2 cup cucumbers, sliced
• 1/8 cup pecans, chopped (optional)
• 1/8 cup almonds, chopped (optional)
• Dress to your choice

Directions

• In a large bowl, toss everything into together until it is well mixed. Once served, top with whatever dressing you prefer.
