Ingredients

• 5 oz. mixed greens
• 1 c. sliced strawberries
• ½ c. pecan halves
• ½ c. crumbled blue cheese
• 4 pieces bacon, cooked and crumbled
• ¼ c. olive oil
• ¼ c. orange juice
• ¼ c. golden balsamic vinegar
• ½ tsp. fresh ground pepper
• ½ tsp. ground ginger

Directions

• Layer salad ingredients in a large salad bowl. (Double for a large crowd.)
• Prepare dressing by combining all ingredients and shaking until blended.
• Pour dressing over salad as desired.
