Ingredients

• Glass jars
• Strawberries, rough chopped
• unflavored vodka
• a splash of strawberry juice
• strawberry syrup, optional

Directions

• Immersing jar & lid in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain & dry on a rack. Fill a jar up with strawberries, add a splash of strawberry juice, and pour vodka until the liquid completely covers strawberries. Close with lid and let it infused for 1-3 months in a cool place out of direct sunlight. Check the intensity often; you may want to let it infused more or less time. Strain and change to another sterilized glass jar. Add strawberry syrup as much as you like; you might not want to add all of it. Taste & close the lid tightly. Let it rest in a cool place out of direct sunlight for another 30 days. You can have it rested for a year or more IF you can wait that long 🙂
