Strawberry Gin Mojito is simple and refreshing. Muddled strawberries and mint are mixed with gin instead of rum in this mojito then topped with bubbly tonic water.

Ingredients

1.5 oz gin
3 to 5 strawberries, ⅓ cup
5 mint leaves
1 Tablespoon lemon, usually ½ a lemon
1 Tablespoon simple syrup
tonic or diet tonic

Directions

Add strawberries,mint and 5 cubes of ice to a shaker. Muddle to release flavors. Add gin, lemon, simple syrup and shake. Pour over tumbler full of ice. Fill remaining with tonic
