Strawberry Rocky Road Fudge

  • 3/4 cup Chocolate candy bar
  • 1 16 ounce container Strawberry frosting, canned
  • 2 cups White chocolate chips

  • 3/4 cup Pecan chips

Directions

• Line an 8x8 pan with foil. Set aside.
• Place the white chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low-medium heat. Stir until melted.
• Spoon the frosting into the melted chips. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
• Stir together 3/4 cup marshmallows, 1/2 cup pecan chips, and 1/2 cup chopped candy bars. Add to the strawberry mixture and stir very quickly. Do not stir too much or the chocolate bars will melt. Pour immediately into the prepared pan.
• Top with the remaining marshmallows, pecan chips, and chocolate bars. Press these into the top gently. Let cool completely before cutting into 36 squares. Store in a sealed container.
