  • 2-8oz blocks of cream cheese softened
  • 2 cans of crescent rolls
  • 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In the bowl of a mixer, combine cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, and vanilla extract and mix until combined. Unroll 1 package of crescent rolls on the bottom of an ungreased 9×13 baking pan. Make sure to close the seams of crescent rolls. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of crescent layer. Place dollops of strawberry preserves, on top of cream cheese layer, and swirl strawberry preserves throughout. Unroll the remaining package of crescent rolls on top of cream cheese layer, and carefully close any seams. Melt butter and drizzle all over top of crescent roll, then sprinkle generously with remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 25-30 minutes until browned. Let cool then refrigerate. Best served cold.
