    • 1/2 tbsp Onion powder
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 tbsp Black pepper, ground
    • 3 tbsp Brown sugar
    • 1 1/2 tbsp Chili powder
    • 2 tbsp Salt
  • Oils & Vinegars

    • 1/2 cup Olive oil, Extra Virgin
  • Nuts & Seeds

    • 1 tbsp Cumin, ground
  • Drinks

    • 1 1/2 tbsp Instant coffee

Chili powder and brown sugar spice rub that tastes good on just about anything. It’s great for summer grilling.

Ingredients

  • 1½ tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
  • 1½ tablespoons Instant Coffee
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • ½ tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • ½ tablespoon Onion Powder
  • ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  • Add everything but the oil into a small bowl.
  • Stir to combine then set aside until ready to cook.
  • When you are ready to cook, add the rub mixture to the oil.
  • Massage the rub into the meat and then grill.
