    • 1/3 cup Blueberries and strawberries, frozen or fresh
    • 1 cup Spinach or kale
  • Canned Goods

    • 8 oz Almond or coconut milk
  • Nuts & Seeds

    • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • Dairy

    • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain

  • 1/3 cup frozen or fresh blueberries and strawberries
  • 1/4 frozen banana
  • 1 cup spinach or kale
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you dont have a banana frozen, add a little ice until desired consistency.
