Ingredients

• 2 X 250g packets Arnotts Chocolate Ripple biscuits (or any type of plain chocolate biscuit)
• 1 X 395g tin of condensed milk
• 1 X 155g bag Maltesers
• ¾ cup coconut, for rolling
• 2 X 250g packets Arnotts Chocolate Ripple biscuits (or any type of plain chocolate biscuit)
• 1 X 395g tin of condensed milk
• 1 X 155g bag Maltesers
• ¾ cup coconut, for rolling

Directions

• Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor, Thermomix or rolling pin.
• Place the chocolate biscuit crumbs and the condensed milk into a bowl and mix together well (you might find it easier to use your hands!).
• Roll the dough into heaped teaspoon-sized balls, flatten, add a Malteser to the middle and then shape into a ball to cover the Malteser.
• Roll in coconut.
• Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
• Place the biscuits into the TM bowl and process into fine crumbs on Speed 8 for 5-10 seconds.
• Check if theres any large chunks remaining and process again.
• Add the condensed milk and mix on Reverse Speed 3 for 10 seconds.
• Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat for a further 10 seconds or until completely combined.
• Roll the dough into heaped teaspoon-sized balls, flatten, add a Malteser to the middle and then shape into a ball to cover the Malteser.
• Roll in coconut.
• Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
