Sweet Glazed Carrots - Kid Friendly Crock pot Carrots

  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Description

Ingredients

• 32 oz bag of baby carrots
• ½ cup of water (can use chicken stock if you have some)
• ½ cup brown sugar
• 4 tablespoons of butter
• ½ tsp of salt (just eye ball it)

Directions

• Place all the carrots in the bottom of the crock pot.
• Pour water on top.
• Add salt, brown sugar and butter.
• Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours (until fork tender)
• Spoon the butter glaze over the carrots and serve.
