  • 1 Dash Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla

  • 1/2 cup Almond/rice/hemp/cow milk

Ingredients

• 4 eggs
• ½-3/4 cup almond/rice/hemp/cow milk (start with lesser amount and if you need to thin your batter add more)
• ½ cup pureed cooked sweet potato
• 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
• ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon (add more or less to taste)
• Dash of nutmeg (just a dash!)
• Dash of salt
• 4-6 pieces of bread (you can add more nutrition here by making your own bread, or for a lower carb version you can use a paleo bread recipe, or if you are short on time--like I was--use what you have!)

Directions

• Whisk the wet ingredients together until combined. Batter should be a thinner consistency, if it isnt then add more milk. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and add a dash of salt. Soak each piece of bread in the batter for a few minutes on each side. In a frying pan, heat up a little ghee, butter or coconut oil (
