Sweet Soy Glaze

  • 1/2 tsp Ginger, ground

  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce, low sodium

  • 1 cup Brown sugar, dark
  • 1 tsp Corn starch
  • 1/3 cup White sugar

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar

• Liquids

  • 1/2 cup Water

Description

Ingredients

• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• ⅓ cup white sugar
• ½ cup low-sodium soy sauce
• ½ cup water
• 2 tbsp. rice vinegar
• ½ tsp. ground ginger
• 1 tsp. corn starch

Directions

• Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan, bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from heat, cool to room temperature and refrigerate until use.
