Ingredients

  • 2 can(s) tamales, coarsely chopped, 15 oz each
  • 1 medium can plain chili without beans, 19 oz.
  • 2 green onions, sauteed in butter
  • 1 can(s) Ro-tel tomatoes
  • 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, to taste

Directions

  • 1Saute green onions and butter in large saucepan. 2Add the Ro-tel to saucepan. 3Next, add chili and mix until combined. 4Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and tamales. 5Stir well and break up tamales. 6Add cheese. Cook, stirring often, on low heat until cheese melts and mixture is thoroughly heated. 7Transfer all into crock pot on low, so it will stay hot. 8Serve, hot with corn chips.
