  • 11 oz Corn, canned
  • 4 oz Green chiles
  • 1/2 Red onion, small

• Condiments

  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt salt

Ingredients

• 11 oz canned corn, drained
• 1/2 a small red onion, diced
• 1 slightly firm avocado, diced (see note)
• 4 oz green chiles, drained
• 1 TBSP lime juice
• 1 TBSP cilantro, chopped
• 1/2 tsp kosher salt salt

Directions

• Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, toss to combine, and serve with chips.
