• 1 Can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk 1/2 cup butterscotch chips 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 1 cup chocolate chips ( your choice ) 1/2 cup pecans ( halves or walnuts, optional ) Directions Place Oreo cookies in food processor and pulse until fine crumbs (it should make about 3 cups).
