  • 1 cup coconut butter
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp peppermint oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 tbsp raw honey
  • 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • A pinch of sea salt (if desired)

Directions

  • 1. Add the coconut oil and coconut butter to a mixing bowl and stir until softened and combined. 2. Add in the vanilla, honey, and peppermint oil and combine. 3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly spread the mixture onto the sheet. 4. Top with pomegranate seeds, shredded coconut and sea salt (if desired) and place in the fridge for at least and hour to harden. 5. Remove from the fridge, break up with your hands, and enjoy!
