  • 1 1/8 Litres organic chicken or vegetable stock

  • 1 Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 Garlic broken into cloves, bulb
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg, grated
  • 2 tbsp Plain flour
  • 1 Sea salt

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1 Olive oil

• Bread & Baked Goods

  • 1 big handful Breadcrumbs
