The Best Turkey Chili Ever

  • 1 lb Ground turkey

• Produce

  • 1 Can Black beans
  • 1 Can Corn
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Can Kidney bean, Red
  • 1 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 28 oz Tomatoes

• Canned Goods

  • 1 1/2 cup Chicken broth

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 5 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 Toppings

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 3 tbsp Olive oil

• Nuts & Seeds

  • 2 tsp Cumin, ground

Ingredients

• 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
• 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
• 1 pound of Ground Turkey
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 5 Tablespoons of Chili Powder
• 2 Teaspoons of Ground Cumin
• 1 Teaspoon of Dried Oregano
• ½ Teaspoon of Cayenne pepper
• ½ Teaspoon of Salt
• ½ Teaspoon of Pepper
• 28 Ounces of Diced Tomatoes ( do not drain )
• 1½ Cup of Chicken Broth
• 1 Can of Black Beans ( rinsed )
• 1 Can of Red Kidney Bean ( rinsed)
• 1 Can of Corn
• Toppings ( cheese, avocado, cilantro, sour cream)

Directions

• In a large pot - add oil over medium heat. Add in garlic then meat. Cook till meat is done.
• Add in the rest of the ingredients except the toppings.
• Lower heat to low and cover
• Cook for another hour
• Serve with topping and enjoy
• If you want it to be thicker cook with the cover off
