Ingredients

  • Produce

    • 4 Blackberries
    • 1/4 oz Lemon
  • Condiments

    • 3/4 oz Honey
  • Baking & Spices

    • 1 dash Cinnamon
  • Dairy

    • 3/4 oz Heavy cream
  • Beer, Wine & Liquor

    • 1 3/4 oz Scotch whisky

  • 1 3/4 oz Scotch Whisky
  • 4 -5 blackberries
  • 1/2 oz honey
  • 1/4 oz lemon
  • 3/4 oz heavy cream
  • 1/4 oz honey
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions

  • Muddle the blackberries, honey and lemon juice in a shaker.
  • Add in the scotch and fill the tin with ice.
  • Shake well.
  • Strain into a cocktail coupe.
  • Top with the cream by spooning the cream onto the top of the drink
  • Garnish with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg.
  • Place a glass bowl into the freezer for 5 minutes to chill the bowl.
  • When bowl is chilled, pour in the cream and honey.
  • Whip the cream and honey until slightly fluffy and the honey is fully mixed into the cream.
