• Jerk flank steak
• Grilled pineapple
• Mango
• Scallions
• Sour cream
• Lime juice
• Hot sauce
• Plain yogurt
• Mayonnaise
• Chicken teriyaki
• Grilled pear

• Monterrey jack cheese
• Chili powder

Directions

• Steak Taco — Layer flank steak, pineapple, mango, scallions, sour cream, lime juice, and hot sauce in a tortilla.
• Chicken Taco — Combine 5 oz. of yogurt, 2 Tbsps. mayo, and 1 Tbsp. lime juice. Mix well to form lime crema.
• Spread lime crema on tortilla, then layer with chicken teriyaki, pear, pineapple, sautéed pepper and onion, and cheese. Save remaining crema for later.
• Fish Taco — Combine 2 Tbsps. sour cream, 2 Tbsps. mayo, 2 Tbsps. lime juice, and 1 tsp. chili powder. Mix well into chili sauce.
• Layer fish, chili sauce, papaya, mango, red onions, and scallions on tortilla.
• Veggie Taco — Layer portobellos, avocado, sautéed onions and peppers, and a drizzle of lime crema on tortilla.
