  • 1 cup ahi tuna, chopped fine
  • ¼ cup avocado, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon gluten-free soy sauce
  • sriracha sauce
  • tortilla chips
  • toasted sesame seeds, as a garnish
  • minced fresh chives, as a garnish

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix together tuna, avocado, sesame oil and soy sauce. Spoon onto tortilla chips and put a small dollop of sriracha sauce on top. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and minced chives.
