  • 1 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup White sugar

Directions

• Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
• Beat the melted butter in a mixer. Add the sugar to the butter and mix well. Add eggs, and vanilla extract and beat well.
• In a medium bowl, mix flour, salt, and cinnamon and baking soda.
• Add half the flour mixture to the mixer and mix well. Add the remaining flour and mix.
• Add the quick oats to the mixer and mix well.
• Add the chocolate chips and pecans and mix well.
• Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
