A chia pudding that you can grab and take with you! Top with your favourite fruits.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup milk of your choice (I am obsessed with using Coconut Dream!)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Directions

  • In a half-pint (8 oz) mason jar, add all ingredients, screw on the lid tightly, and shake all ingredients together.
  • Set jar in the fridge for 8 hours, or overnight.
  • In the morning, pudding will have gelled together and thickened. Top with your favourite fruit and take your chia pudding to go!
  • Serves: 1
