• 1 Tbsp flour
• 1/4 c corn syrup
• 1 c water
• 1 egg
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 1 c flour
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 c butter

• 1In a saucepan, bring filling ingredients to a boil. let cool slightly 2Combine crumb ingredients 3Pour cooled sauce in an unbaked pie crust.Add crumbs on top 4Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown
